Where is my order?
As we make every item to order, we can sometimes be delayed if it is a busy period. Please check our instagram bio for current turnaround times.
If you have not received your item after this time, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we will update you.
Can I return my item?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns, this is because we are a small business who make every item to order. We do not hold stock and would have to remake your order. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
My item is a slightly different colour to the picture.
As we hand dye, and hand print, all of the ink and dye we use is mixed up per batch! This means the colour and the ink on your garment is unique and won’t be the exact same as another.
Taking care of your garments.
All of our items are hand printed to order. We suggest washing on an economical, short wash & air drying flat, although they can be put in the tumble drier on occasion and will not damage. We just recommend air drying for longer wear.
As a general rule, hand-dyed items need to be washed by themselves for the first wash to ensure that there is no colour run and future washes not to be with whites.
All of our garments can be ironed.
